Horisuzu Studio is a place where traditional Japanese tattooing can flourish in an unrushed environment. I have put an emphasis on quality craftsmanship, specializing in traditional Japanese tattooing and maintaining traditions. I am the only western apprentice ever accepted by Japanese tattoo master Ryugen sensei of Tokyo. After becoming the senior apprentice I was bestowed the title of Horisuzu and am now thee only artist practicing this craft in the entire Northwest.
